SPEC Disk SPE from Agilent Technologies
Bond Elut SPEC is a monolithic sorbent bed manufactured with "ultra-clean" polypropylene plastic and bonded-silica impregnated on a glass fiber disc, resulting in an SPE product that delivers faster sample processing and lower costs. SPEC can result in increased productivity and lower extraction costs, without sacrificing the quality of the analytical results. For some applications, the elution volume is very small, meaning that the need to dry down and reconstitute the extract is eliminated. Integrated filtration protects against clogging. Bond Elut SPEC is available in cartridge, 96-well plate and disc formats, in a wide range of chemistries for many applications.
